1. Confirm Condition

Ensure that the item is in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered in.


2. Request Exchange

Submit a request to exchange the product, through the contact form, support center, email, or call center. The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.


3. Schedule Pickup

Our team will schedule the appropriate time to pickup the item from you. After that, it will be sent to our office for verification.


4. Credit Account

Verification could take up to one week. Once that is completed, the amount will be credited into your account.


5. Make New Purchase

Use your store credit to purchase an alternative product. The amount expires 3 months after it has been credited.
