I have created an order. How can I check its status?

You can check the status of your order through the Order Tracking section in the Shop menu. If you have any additional inquiries, you can submit a ticket through the Support Center, and selecting the Order Number from the order drop down.

The item I am interested in is out of stock. How can I be notified when it will be available?

If an item is out of stock, you can join the waitlist to be notified when it will become available. Simply access the page of the item you are interested in, and enter your email address and click Join Waitlist.

How can I request technical support?

You can submit a ticket through the Support Center, selecting the order number and providing the product details in the description.

How can I get more details about a product?

In the product page, you can either submit the question in the Discussions section, or submit a Product Enquiry request.

Can I list my own products on the platform?

If you would like to list your product on the platform, please access the Merchant section.

How can I submit my suggestions?
